The wood and furniture industry
Project for a specialized semi-electric lifting cart. The company is a manufacturer of floor panels and materials for the furniture industry. Their offer includes chipboards, MDF boards, or kitchen worktops.
The presented lifting cart has a camera installed on a spindle. Such a solution enables the precise placement of a foil roll. The operator of the cart can now aim at the roll and lift it without any problems. This application facilitates the handling of the foil rolls that are above the head of the worker. Moreover, it reduced the time and effort involved in applying and “finding” the spool with the spindle.
The details of the projects
This trolley lifts 100 – 200 kg of load. It all depends on the distribution of the gravity center.
The spindle can tilts up to 90 degrees. We equipped the cart with a built-in 10A charger.
The operator of the cart controls the device by a cassette. The camera screen is 7 ”.
