The project
At the turn of the year, we delivered and installed two cranes of our production for a company known as one of the largest manufacturers of manure tanks in Europe.
Both the articulated pillar jib crane, with a capacity of 200 kg, and slewing pillar jib crane, with a lifting capacity of 500 kg, find their application in the production plant. The devices have a limited angle of rotation of 270°.
We also equipped the jib cranes with GIS electric chain hoists.
The details
The jib cranes were the best solution to reduce the risk of injuries. Those lifting devices enabled to perform such work that the operator would not be able to by himself.
Both serve the purpose of assembly of the axles, chassis, and springs for manure tanks.
