The project
Another project of the jib crane delivery and assembly.
The project comprises mounting of a slewing pillar jib crane with a capacity of 250 kg.
The operator will use it in the production plant that produces insulation made of foamed polyethylene and rubber. The crane’s job is to help to put the rolls with foam back on the production line. Such a solution will significantly relieve the employee and speed up the entire production process.
The details of the project
We mounted the jib crane on the existing floor. Full jib arm rotation is possible. In this case, our technicians used a limiter so that the jib would not interfere with the production line. As usual, we equipped the jib crane with an electric chain hoist on an electric trolley.
