The project
We have created an individual project of a lift table for a company manufacturing yachts. Our team delivered and installed the device. Also, PS Lift helped with the preparation of the necessary documentation for the Office of Technical Inspection.
The presented lorry loader will facilitate the transport of the finished products from a part of the production hall to the assembly line.
The challenge
The access to the scissors has been secured with a galvanized steel mesh. It allows constant visibility of what is happening under the lift table platform.
Instead of installing the safety railing, we assembled an automatic protection against the load from rolling off the platform.
The process
While the device is at the “0” level, the protection is in the platform. The lift table starts to rise, and the protection slides out of the platform. This way, it blocks the possibility of the load moving towards the side that is not secured by the gate. When the platform is up, the safety device prevents the pallet from going too far beyond the table.
