The project
For the client’s needs, we have delivered and installed a lorry loader with double horizontal scissors. The company is known for renting construction machines.
Our specialists helped with the documentation for the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT) and took part in the review.
The details of the project
The platform is made of a tear plate. The device works outdoors. Additionally, we decided to equip the lift table with mechanical stops in the lower frame.
The robust supports withstand heavy loads. In case of uneven ground, the supports can be adjusted +/- 40 mm.
Such a solution facilitates the assembly of the presented lifting device.
We also equipped the lorry loader with an external power pack with a steel cover. This way, it provides extra protection in exposed environments and if there is a risk for falling objects hitting the power pack.
