The challenge
We were able to propose one of the few solutions on the market where the power is supplied ‘from the top’. There are no cables under the feet, the hydraulic unit is located on the lift table platform.
The details of the project
We delivered 8 FE-A 900/75-F lift tables. The operators use them in the packaging process.
The challenge was to omit the cables running through the floor. For this purpose, the hydraulic unit was mounted directly on the platform.
The unit links the arm and control pendant, which rotates around its axis by about 180 degrees. This solution enables to operate the device from all sides. The platform is lifted to the most ergonomically advantageous height (regardless of the operator’s posture, load height, etc.) and works in any lifting position. The power supply to the lift table was brought ‘from the top.’
