Project for a company related to the automotive industry.
Our team both delivered and installed an individually designed lift table with triple scissors. Technicians prepared the needed documentation and reported the device to the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
The main task of the lift table is to transport the products in two directions. The raw material goes up to the entresol and returns the same way as a finished product.
The challenge
Our team had to be careful and take into account the limited space intended for mounting the platform. We had to create a particular roller shutter at the “0” level. Such a solution saved a lot of space on the floor around the lift table.
On the “1” level, a left / right sliding gate was installed along the barriers securing the entresol.
