The type of project

Capacity 500kg

Instead of installing chain hoist on a crane there will be a hydraulic press attached, which is used in production process of roof trusses.

Due to the assembly of the light crane system the production process will be shortened and only one operator will be needed. Before that, a wall mounted jib crane was used for the same operation, which, due to its small rotation angle and short jib length, significantly limited the ability to work efficiently.

    Crane on a 32m production tower

    The challenge

    The crane mounted on the tower of the fodder factory in Łuków. Designed for removal of bags through the slots in the ceiling of the tanks located one level below.

            Underslung travelling crane

            The challenge

            Obtaining the highest lifting capacity and maintaining the maximum space between the suspension points (6000mm), by loading the roof structure in a manner that is acceptable to the constructor.

            The type of project

            The crane made for loading the rolls with sheet metal for hydraulic presses.

            • Capacity 1150 kg;
            • Lifting height 7 000 mm;
            • Crane track fixation to ceiling every 6 000 m;
            • Crane track length 30 000 mm.

            Before, the rolls were applied with a help of  the pallet truck and the sling, which was not a safe enough solution. The use of the underslung travelling crane helped to escalate safety and efficiency at work.

            Before the crane was assembled, two workers had to be at one work station, now thanks to the PS-LIFT crane only one operator is needed.
