1 jib crane – special version for the EX II zone.

The challenge
Maximum limitation of the time wasted on the replacement of consumables (sheet coil) in the machine.
So far, a pallet truck had to be used for the sheet coil replacement and additional employees had to be involved. At other workstations, worn-out pillar jib cranes have been replaced with new ones, with faster and safer chain hoists.
After installing the PS Lift slewing pillar jib crane there was a significant improvement of safety and ergonomics at the workstation in a manufacturing process of car filters. The production efficiency has been maximized.
