An individual project of a slewing pillar jib crane.
The jib crane with an electric chain hoist has a 3.5-meter arm. The lifting device is perfect for hard-to-reach places, and previously disturbing barriers are no longer a problem when carrying loads. The presented jib crane facilitates work in a company from the machine construction industry.
This particular jib crane finds its application in the production chain. The entire project had one goal to improve the ergonomics of the workplace. Additionally, this solution eliminates the possible danger associated with lifting heavy elements.
The details of the project
The jib crane with the chain hoist has a lifting capacity of 80 kg. Thanks to its small lifting capacity, the whole construction is subject to simplified technical inspection.
We limited the jib arm rotation to 270 degrees. The customer can reduce the turn if desired.
