A customer interested in vacuum manipulators asked for a presentation of the device before its purchase. We tried out the system and established the details of the project.
The details of the project
The project involved the delivery and assembly of two sets of pillar jib cranes with vacuum manipulators.
The company deals with the production of animal feed. The solution of implemented EASY Plus vacuum devices enable lifting of the 25 kg bags of powder.
Our technicians fixed the two steel jib cranes directly to the floor.
The lightweight aluminum jib arm made of KGK profile reduced the time of maneuvering the load. Each of the vacuum lifts is suspended separately on each jib crane.
The benefits
The workers no longer have to lift the bags with the strength of their muscles. Even though the sacks were not heavy, the repetitiveness of the lifting resulted in frequent back pain.
The newly installed lifting devices increased the productivity and contributed to the improvement of work safety.
