The project
We were the only company that created a platform with an option of a lift and a tilt. Additionally, we were able to mount conveyor rollers on the table. The device finds its application in picking up long, bulky, and heavy items from the production line.
The challenge
First, the load rolls off from the production line to the platform.
Later, the platform is lowered to the minimum level and tilted by 90° to the vertical.
Such a solution enables lifting the already standing load with a forklift and transfer it to a pallet.
The details of the project
Custom made gravity rollers facilitate the rolling of the load from the production line onto the lift table.
