Electric worm gear winch Gebuwin EW series
Electric worm gear winches are used in heavy duty pulling situations. The most common application is the pulling of loads, however upon request, these winches can be delivered as hoisting winches. Applied in the device worm gear guarantees safety and efficiency.
- capacity from 125 kg to 3 200 kg
- constructed with a worm gear transmission as a centre point between the electromotor and cable drum
- power supply 230V or 400V (capacity 3200 kg only 400V)
- intended for transporting of the loads horizontally
- compact and robust construction
- maintenance free ball bearings
- constructed with a covered and sealed gearing (IP54) and insulation classification B
- winches from 1,000 kilo’s and up are in standard equipped with an overload protection
- standard equipped with control unit on a 1 meter long cable (other lengths – on request)
- additional options: galvanized version; execution in ATEX, for zones 2 and 22; controllable with radio, operation time counter; pneumatic or hydraulic power source; IP 65; low voltage control; frequency inverter; second braking system for extra security; electric protection against overload 125 kg – 990 kg; double speed for 125 kg, 250 kg and 500 kg – 400V; others on request
