General parameters of the electric trolleys:
- intended for electric chain hoists
- with one-phase motor (one speed) or three-phase motor (one or two speeds) – to choose
- adustable for flange widths 50 – 320 mm
- protection class IP 55 (option: IP65)
- isolation class F (motor)
- load wheels and side plates made of cast iron (of steel or stainless steel optional)
- control voltage 42 V low voltage (option: other voltages possible)
- in standard equipment: control unit combined with the trolley (optional: remote control, other on request)
- unit control cable is additionally secured with steel cable break-resistant
- as an option: trolley can be equipped with frequency inverter (easy start), temperature monitoring to protect the motor against overheating (Klixon), tropics insulation, special gear greases, others on request
- as an option: ATEX execution, stainless steel painting, others on request
Types of electric trolleys:
1. EMFE 50-500 trolley:
- capacity up to 5000 kg
- for steel profiles
- long service life and low consumption
- speeds 12, 12/4 or 20/6 m/min
- side plates made of sturdy cast iron and fitted with fall protection
- galvanized spindle
EMFE 50 – 1 spindle (regulated: 50-99 mm, 100-149 mm, 150-199 mm, 200-240 mm)
EMFE 150 – 1 spindle (regulated: 76-139 mm, 140-199 mm, 200-259 mm, 260-320 mm)
EMFE 300 – 2 spindles (regulated: 120-179 mm, 56-119 mm, 180-239 mm, 240-300 mm
EMFE 500 – 2 spindles (regulated: 120-179 mm, 56-119 mm, 180-239 mm, 240-300 mm)
2. EMFE FE 50-500 trolley with frequency inverter:
- capacity up to 5000 kg
- speed 2 – 20 m/min
- swinging free movement and precise positioning of the load
- gentle start
- possible to programme 2 speeds: for the start/ positioning and for driving
- others above
3. SAKB trolley with frequency inwerter for the KB light steel profiles:
- capacity up to 1600 kg
- internal trolley with frequency inverter for light steel profiles GIS KB
- quiet and fluid running due to plastic rollers
- possible to set two speed 0 -35 m/min
- easy start and stop
- the frequency inverter prevents from swinging and guarantees precise positioning of the load
- DC spring brake
- Option: limit switch
